I recently found Neon pink feathers at our local outdoors store and they were soooooooo cheap, $2.49 for like 100 feathers! I had a few left over crimps so I did my own feather extensions. Our local salons charge $20+ for 3 feathers!! I have 3 mixed in with my bangs and the cost was less than 50 cents!
And of course kitty wanted one too!!
